SMS Terms and Conditions

By opting into the Aerus Delaware (Healthy Homes DE, Inc.) text messaging program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
 
1. Program Description
Aerus Delaware may use text messaging to communicate with customers regarding water testing requests, service appointment, installation scheduling, maintenance reminders, estimate follow-ups, customer support, and, when you have separately opted in, occasional promotional offers. We send these messages only to provide services you have requested, respond to inquiries, or communicate with customers who have opted in to receive marketing messages.
 
2. Message Frequency
The number of text messages you receive will vary based on your interaction with our services. You can expect to receive messages only when necessary for service updates or when you have opted into a specific marketing campaign.
 
3. Cost and Data Rates
Aerus Delaware does not charge for our text messaging program. However, message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier, depending on your individual plan.

 

4. How to Opt-in

You opt into our SMS program by checking the SMS consent box on our website forms or otherwise providing expressed written consent to receive text messages from Aerus Delaware. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

5. How to Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our number. After you send the message "STOP", we will send you a final SMS to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-subscribe.
 

6. How to Get Help

7. Privacy and Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. We may use trusted service providers to deliver text messaging services.  Those providers may process your information only as necessary to provide services on our behalf and are required to protect your information.
